The Bible is full of promises about healing. In fact, Isaiah 41:10 says, “I will heal them and they will be like new people.” God wants to heal us, and He wants to do it in a way that is pleasing to Him.
In Genesis, God commands Abram to offer up his son, Isaac, as a burnt offering in order to obtain forgiveness for his people. Isaac’s father and mother are then told to lay their hands on him and pray to God for him. As soon as they do this, “God healed Isaac” (Genesis 22:10). Later on in the Bible, Jesus heals a man who was blind from birth (John 9).
The Bible is filled with verses about healing and strength. In these verses, we are encouraged to trust in God’s healing power and to be strong in the face of difficulties. These verses remind us that God is always with us and that He will never abandon us. We can find comfort and hope in these scriptures during times of suffering or illness.
