The Bible is full of verses that can be applied to our lives. One such verse is Hebrews 11:1, which says, “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” This verse talks about having faith in God. When we have faith in God, we are assured that He will take care of us and that we can have hope for the future. Okay, this is a nice and sweet verse about having faith. But what does it mean to have faith? Well, I’m going to tell you what it means to me as I live in my daily life.
Have Faith In God Bible Verse
“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.”
“For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
“And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
